I have worked as IT support for well over a decade.
I worked for almost ten years at DisCopyLabs, which is now called DCL Logistics. Started right out of college as IT Technician (back then it's called MIS, management of information systems). Started with regular computer wiring and maintanence, graduated to database admin, software development, system integration, and more.
I've also worked for Ace Xpress Charter as office manager i.e. the person who does everything, including IT. I am the only technical person on staff as the rest can barely use their iPhones.
